I worked as a Marketing Intern with With Insight Education for five weeks, supporting their mission to provide mentorship, career guidance, and educational opportunities to Black heritage students. During this time, I contributed to the Thousand Student Campaign by creating posters and marketing materials, developed fundraising packs for companies and universities, and supported outreach and volunteer coordination for the annual summer social event. This experience allowed me to strengthen my skills in marketing, design, project coordination, outreach, and stakeholder communication, while contributing to meaningful work that empowers students in their academic and career journeys.

ABOUT ANNA BENADICT
I am a passionate and driven Policy Analyst with hands-on experience in qualitative research, grassroots engagement, and public policy evaluation. My journey has taken me from working with government bodies and NGOs in rural India to contributing to community-driven solutions in London, always focused on creating policies that are both inclusive and impactful.Over the past few years, I have been involved in several field projects across various sectors, including education, gender, rural development, and health. These projects have involved collaborating with local governments, conducting school awareness programs in rural villages, and analyzing social protection schemes. During my time at institutions like the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), I led community-based research on caste, sanitation, and access to resources.What sets me apart is my ability to translate ground realities into actionable policy insights.
