Business Psychology student at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, passionate about developing people and building strong organizational cultures. I’m driven by the intersection of psychology and business strategy, especially in topics like recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and leadership development. Currently, I serve as HRBP at BRASA – the largest association of Brazilian students abroad, where I help design and improve strategic people processes, from hiring to internal development.
