Manage Exhibitions and Events globally across the buisness sectors for Thales. Working as a team member to provide a strong focus on Branding, design, planning, development, budget management and implementation using agreed practices and process common to the Group Shared Service for Exhibitions and Events Communications Strategy.Develop and deliver exhibitions and events in-line with the overall business strategy and communication plans- Work in partnership with other E&E project managers, other shared services, business partners within the communications function and other businesses stakeholders to achieve business objectives through the provision of pro-active, professional and value added E&E services- Provide E&E counsel, advice and strategic direction, as required, to develop and implement E&E solutions to meet the needs of the business- Manage individual E&E projects with a strong focus on design, planning, development, budget management and implementation using agreed branding, principles, practices and processes- Ensure consistency in content and messages and implementation of the corporate guidelines in all projects - Ensure there is a structured and well managed governance to all projects including clear project documentation and regular progress meetings - Ensure all elements of E & Es are delivered within the specified ‘service level agreements’ (SLAs)- Manage day-to-day relationships with external providers and suppliers of E&E services- Respect budgets, manage purchase orders and tenders- Provide estimation for next exhibitions year budget based on his/her experience and knowledge- Ensure all projects are properly reviewed through measurement against objectives and feedback from external and internal sources
