Direct Support to President and EVP:Strategic advisor and counsel to President and EVP of Steward Medical Group and Steward Healthcare, assuming day-to-day responsibility for projects and tasks by creating and maintaining cross-departmental relationships to ensure Steward growth and value.Strategic Planning and Project Management -Overseeing robust, cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives such as revenue recovery, national physician recruitment efforts, yearly national budgets and cost reduction-Setting strategic priorities to identify areas of focus for best outcome and metrics for success. Revisiting regularly and evaluating progress-Collaborate with multiple executive stakeholders and help drive decisions for best Steward value-Researching, benchmarking, and analyzing data for best recommendation by marker and service line-Facilitating systematic processes to streamline operations for highest company efficacy-Project preparation and follow up by reviewing upcoming project to ensure President has all information necessary for successful initiative rollout-Reviewing Internal and External Communications (company newsletters, reports, pitch decks, speeches or presentations for the President-Monitoring information flow: ensuring President\'s involvement in a project or decision-making process is fruitful and congruent with Company goals and value-Effectively managing time: working with EA\'s, looking at long term versus short term initiative executions, evaluating opportunities and determining best fit with priorities.Meeting & Event PreparationManaging the executive review cadence for board of directors and leadership team and objectives are achieved.Planning and leading company events (community outreach, physician outreach and education, leadership councils, and market engagement)
