   I am a partner in Nossaman’s Infrastructure Practice Group, the U.S. leader for Public-Private Partnerships and innovative project dlivery. My practice is focused on procurement and contracting for alternative project delivery arrangements for highway and transit projects, including design-build, construction manager at risk, privatization and integrated project delivery In addition, I am experienced in federal regulatory compliance, including Buy America compliance, as well as transportation and transit legislation and public policy. I also advise clients on project delivery and procurement in the fields of water/wastewater, energy and military intelligence infrastructure. I have represented private-sector clients in the transportation and transit industries, specifically in the area of bid and procurement disputes.
