Experienced administrator and educator with progressive appointments as Provost, Academic Dean, Department Chair, and Associate Professor of English as well as several education and community boards. My leadership agenda includes serving stakeholders to promote education that is accessible and transformative, developing innovative curricula, programs, and partnerships that nurture access and student persistence, fostering a supportive, positive, and collegial culture which creates academic quality and innovation, and maximizing existing resources to create sustainable academic operations.

   Restructured Academic Affairs to increase stability, operational effectiveness, and increased accountability for student success and persistence.• Established program potfolio review and refresh using data, predictive analytics, and market research.• Created and expanded new social science and professional programming, including crime scene investigation, criminal justice, and sports industry management.• Successfully secured new accreditation level for graduate programs.• Strengthened academic and faculty governance across Academic Affairs to increase communication, transparency, and effectiveness.• Enhanced Student Affairs and Student Support programming to focus on whole student development, mentorship, and leadership through development of a coordinated care network.• Reset registration and institutional research processes to increase accuracy and capability for analysis and projections.• Implemented new career-focused programming throughout programs, established co-ops in addition to internships, and successfully implemented career focused development through Ascendium.• Established and expanded dual enrollment programs in partnership with local P – 12 school districts.• Successfully secured three student support focused grants, including one for a coordinated care network, one for student mental health support, one for students with learning differences, as well as successfully oversaw the second and third years of a Title grant.• Oversaw two programmatic accreditation processes for Physical Therapy Assistant and Interior Design, as well as ongoing Middle States Accreditation.
