Box Office Office Manager @Erie Events

In my position I am responsible for the daily operation of the Administrative office located at the Erie Insurance Arena as well as the Box Office for the Arena, Warner Theatre and Bayfront Convention Center. The Erie Insurance Arena is home to the Erie Otters, the Erie Bayhawks, and the Erie Explosion. We host several different types of events ranging from rock concerts to church services, ice shows,circuses, right down to local dance reviews. Each event is unique in its own way. My duties include, but are not limited to.working closely with all departments to make sure events are created and set up properly, both long before the event is made public right up until the performance. I work closely with event promoters and marketers to ensure that scaling, prices and any discounts are set up correctly in our ticketing system. I balance daily to generated sales reports and make bank deposits accordingly. I schedule and supervise the part time staff as well as train new employees.
