I am a Bioinformatician with a strong background in coding, data pipelines, and large-scale omics analysis. With an MSc in Bioinformatics (University of Liverpool) and a BTech in Biotechnology, I combine computational and biological expertise to deliver reproducible, scalable insights.My recent project focused on the non-model organism Cryptococcus neoformans, where I built a multi-omics annotation pipeline integrating transcriptomic, genomic, proteomic, and machine learning evidence on HPC systems.
