Conduct monthly environmental monitoring in controlled manufacturing environments and cleanrooms, including air sampling, particle counting, surface sampling, bioburden testing, and water quality assessments (contact and non-contact sources).Perform routine temperature, humidity, and pressure checks three times daily to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Review, update, and maintain controlled procedures and related documentation in the Agile system, ensuring timely submission, review, and implementation of process changes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and ensure all documentation reflects current practices.Coordinate and facilitate training on updated procedures, ensuring all team members are informed and compliant with the latest standards.Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives through accurate data collection, documentation, and adherence to SOPs.
