ABOUT ANN MARIE ZAKOS
I free clients suffering in toxic relationships to live their best life. As a Licensed Psychotherapist and Certified Life Coach, I specialize in a trauma informed approach and a narcissist informed approach. I help clients navigate through toxic relationships and learn empowerment tools to aid in transformation, change, and recovery. I provide individual coaching, integrative healing modalities such as Reiki, and a one-of-a-kind Toxic Relationship Recovery Program (TRRP), to release trauma from toxic relationships. This unique program is specifically designed to heal trauma at the root cause and at the soul level. As a Clinical Therapist I provide individual psychotherapy using a person-centered, holistic approach. I also incorporate CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy to help heal the whole person, mind, body, and soul.
