About Ann-Marie Pendl
I have spent over 32 years in the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function, including facilities and energy management, within various industries globally. Specific focus has been on EHS Risk Management across Operations, Facilities, Acquisitions/Divestitures, and Engineering Process & Product Design. In addition, I have extensive background in EHS Management Systems deployment; including but not limited to, ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 18001 (Health & Safety) and Voluntary Protection Programs (VPP). I am also a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. I will be able to bring many best practices, innovation and a strong collection of tools/applications to the University.At this stage in my life and career, I am looking for a position that will stimulate & challenge me while allowing me to make a difference by taking the organization to the next level of Environmental, Health and Safety performance.In summary, my leadership experience in various industries globally enables me to bring multitude of best practices and innovation to the team. My key strengths are my proven leadership impact with ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, delivering on commitments and getting results, extensive experience in talent management and building world-class EHS teams, and passion for making a difference.
