Execution of all administrative duties ensuring full remote support to the MD & Commercial Director (CD) in addition to providing support to the senior management team. This is a very busy pressurised working environment with changing priorities and deadlines which requires excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively with little or no supervision. Responsible for all business items in the absence of management. This role requires full autonomy inasmuch as the MD & CD travel extensively, within the business, and I actively manage all items on their behalf during their absence (3.5 days out of 5 per week). Responsible for the organisation of Monthly Board Meetings including the coordination/compilation of monthly Management Board packs and Quarterly Reviews. Responsible for complex diary management ensuring all business objectives/deadlines are met within specific timeframes. Reconciliation of all business expenses. All travel/accommodation bookings in addition to ensuring policy compliance within the region. Assist in the management/processing of HR items for MD approval; ensuring HR policies are adhered to and daily liaison with HR Business Partner with regards to recruitment, salary reviews, remuneration, graduate/trainee programmes, succession planning and company vehicles. Minute taker in HR disciplinary meetings. Organisation and event management including: Board \"Away Days\", client dinners/presentations and staff presentations. Management of Group Insurance Renewals.
