I am a graduate of the Social Service Worker program at Durham College in Oshawa, Ontario, where I developed the skills and knowledge needed to support individuals and communities effectively. My education combined theoretical understanding with hands-on experience through meaningful placements.I had the privilege of completing a placement at LivingRoom Art Community, where I engaged with the community in a creative and supportive environment. I also completed a placement at Traditions of Durham Retirement, where I supported residents by facilitating activities, gathering feedback, assisting with special events, and providing one-on-one support, including working with individuals living with dementia.
