About Ann Kim

Ann is a Managing Director in Stifel Bank\'s Venture Banking group. She is focused on leading relationships with top venture capital and private equity firms across the US. Prior to Stifel, Ann led the national Hardware and Frontier Technology group as Sector Head at Silicon Valley Bank. She focused on venture-backed companies in mobility, robotics, aerospace, semiconductor, hardware infrastructure and industrials. She was previously on the Corporate Finance team, advising later-stage and public tech companies.Ann started her career as a healthcare consultant and focused on commercialization strategies for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She studied Molecular and Cell Biology at UC Berkeley and was President of the Korean American Student Organization and the Korean Scientists & Engineers Association. Ann is a Bay Area native and active in the venture and tech community.
