ABOUT ANN HOUGHTON
I am a Partner, specialising in personal injury and clinical negligence cases, with a particular expertise in complex / high value personal injury claims. My work covers a wide range of clinical negligence matters, including severe injuries at birth, delays in cancer diagnosis and negligence during surgery. My personal injury work includes cases arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work and in public places. I have built up years of experience working with clients who have suffered a brain injury as a result of negligence but I also work with clients who have suffered all many of other injuries.I have secured multi-million pound compensation awards for some of my clients.I have represented clients in cases which involve novel and developing areas of law, including cross-jurisdictional claims, with particular experience with clients who live in the US.I am the ED & I (Equity Diversity and Inclusion) Lead for Anthony Collins.I enjoy supporting and partnering with many charities, including UK Sepsis Trust, Cerebral Palsy West Midlands, the National Institute of Conductive Education (NICE) and the Epilepsy Society.
