About Ann Heidema Baloski

Ann Baloski is the founder and CEO of BehaviorWorks, Naturally ABA™, where she oversees the clinical operations, School-based programs and Waiver Behavior Support Services. Ann is the former President of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis (HABA) and was a member of the advisory board for Indiana Medicaid ABA policy development. Ann has worked as both an Adjunct Professor and Research Associate at Ball State University. Her published work includes articles on teacher and parent training using telehealth and remote instruction. Early in her career Ann worked with FSSA to assist in the closure of two state operated facilities for Adults with Intellectual Impairment, setting up inclusive support for these individuals in community settings. Ann is a graduate of Western Michigan University’s Applied Behavior Analysis program where she studied under thought leaders in the ABA field (Michaels,Malott, Baker, Poling, Kollins). She has been Board Certified in Behavior Analysis since 2003 and has been working professionally in the field for the past 20 years. Ann is a strong advocate for meaningful public policy, women in leadership, and the benefits of inclusive Natural Environment Training. Ann has two wonderful children, a supportive husband, and a playful dog! In her free time she loves to read, run and sail.
