The position was established from scratch; previously operational management was handled directly by the company owner- Leading the entire front office (five business units — Pharma, Industrial, FMCG, Consumer Goods Production, and HoReCa), managing team of Business Development Managers, consultants, and recruiters- Holding full P&L responsibility for the front office: strategic and operational planning, profit margin control, performance analysis, resource allocation, and team optimization- Implemented a company-wide goal-setting and cascading system, linking individual objectives with key financial metrics and overall profitability- Redesigned the client acquisition process: strengthened client outreach, developed a structured approach to expanding sales to existing clients, and broadened the company’s service portfolio- Launched regular strategic meetings, transforming them from formal reporting sessions into a platform for open dialogue, idea exchange, and decision-making- Upgraded the learning and knowledge-sharing system: founded ALTA School and introduced new formats such as case clubs and practical workshops- Initiated a project to integrate AI-based recruitment tools to enhance the efficiency and analytics of talent search and selection.
