   I have nearly thirty years of legal experience rooted in defending corporate clients in the product liability arena. I specifically focus on discovery, compliance and data challenges facing today\'s multinational corporations. My experience allows me to design practical, cost effective solutions to the complicated issues faced by corporations, while minimizing and managing future risk and cost. As founder and active member of the firm\'s eDiscovery & Knowledge Management Practice Group, I advise all sizes of companies on the appropriate management of business information, provide e-discovery risk assessments, assist with vendor selection and management and facilitate cooperation and communication among corporations\' Legal, IT, Security and Records Management departments. I help clients get a handle on big data through data mapping and the development of: document retention and preservation policies; mobile device and social media guidance; data privacy and data security protocols; and defensible destruction programs. Additionally, I am an active member of the team assisting the Special Compliance Coordinator appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce to monitor, assess and report on the U.S. export control compliance of Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation of Shenzhen, China, and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).
