Learning Experience Design team leader focused on developing, coaching, and leading Learning Experience Designers responsible for project management, course creation, assessment, and reporting. In addition to team leadership, I work directly with cross-functional partners to develop learning strategies to best serve our field teams, including content, delivery, and assessment plans. In 2022 and 2023, I played a key role in the development and successful launch of a cutting-edge proprietary assessment tool. This resource, paired with debrief sessions, provided personalized insights to the top 100 firms at Northwestern Mutual. This resulted in data-driven decisions that supported their business growth and focused team management efforts. In 2024, I partnered with the Talent Acquisition and Growth (TAG) team, to launch the new CRF Internship program and build the multi-channel training approach for the NM Talent Launch, a new distribution-wide talent platform. In 2025 I was promoted to lead the full Field Learning and Development team, including leading leaders of Instructional Designers and Digital Asset Designers, where we co-created clear design processes, best practices, updated project management tools, and created individual and group team development opportunities in alignment with team surveys.
