After leaving the corporate world I reinvented myself as a Nutritional Therapist in private practice. I recognise that having the knowledge about how to be healthy is not enough for people to make lasting changes. What is needed is an approach that combines education, coaching, motivation and exercise. I love to empower people to live long, healthy lives and I mostly work with women over 50 who want to rediscover their lost vitality. My clients report life changing transformations with increased energy, better concentration and mood, improved sleep and weight loss to name just a few.
