About Ann Galli
As manager of the Credit Support Department at M&T Bank I am responsible for project management, process re-engineering and application support activities for the Credit Division. Our group focuses on the overall planning and co-ordination of a project from inception to completion and helps turn our clients’ vision into reality. It is the goal of this group to facilitate the setting of project priorities, to meet their clients’ business requirements, ensure timely completion of projects, maintain overall costs and uphold quality standards. In addition, production support efforts include application administration, disaster recovery, application certification, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues as they arise. Our goal is to keep the applications under our control running smoothly in order to support the needs of the business. We provide subject matter expertise for the systems under our responsibility.
