I’m an HR executive with extensive experience leading strategic HR initiatives. While my background is in Talent Management and Learning and Development, in my current role I am fortunate to be able to partner with multiple functions within HR.I am passionate about developing others and consider it a great honor to help employees grow and thrive and then harness their accomplishments and diverse experiences and backgrounds to impact a company’s success. While I have been based in the US, my responsibilities have been global in scope and I have leveraged my strong relationship-building skills to create an international network and implement strategic talent-related initiatives across territories.
