I am an accomplished and results-driven HR leader with a diverse career path that combines human resources, training and development, organizational development, internal communications and operational strategy. What motivates me most is knowing I am making a tangible difference in an organization, including influencing culture, employee engagement, and overall company performance. I believe that career development is a jungle gym, not a ladder. Varied experience is like tools in a toolkit. A wise leader once advised me,\"if you want to make a difference, look for the pain points in an organization and then help solve them.\" This advice has served me well as many of my significant professional accomplishments came from “special projects” that I volunteered for or was asked to take on to solve organizational \"pain points.” On a personal note, my greatest accomplishments include completing my bachelor’s degree in 2015, graduating summa cum laude while working full-time and raising my niece, whom I was \"gifted\" custody of when she was 12. Raising my niece to the point of graduating college and being a mother herself has been my ultimate joy.
