With over 35 years of experience in manufacturing technology and industrial automation, I have dedicated my career to driving operational efficiency, innovation, and business success. As a founder and former CEO of InSource Solutions, I led the company in delivering software, IT hardware, and management solutions to help industrial organizations optimize productivity and achieve their goals.Since retiring in 2023, I’ve transitioned into board leadership roles, bringing strategic vision and governance expertise to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. I currently serve as a Board Member and Committee Chair across multiple companies, leveraging my experience in leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence.Outside of my professional work, I am an adventurer at heart. After stepping away from full time operational responsibilities in 2023, I completed a 2,200-mile thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail and continue to embrace challenges, whether in business or the great outdoors.
