Ann Boomsma possesses more than 30 years of real estate and client management experience within the multi-family industry. This experience has provided a unique ground level understanding of operations. As Executive Vice President of Operations, Boomsma supports strategic initiatives for sales and client acquisitions and is responsible for a portfolio of over units throughout Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, and Tennessee. In 2020, Boomsma was awarded the Soaring Eagle Award through MEB, the highest award given. In 2021, Boomsma was awarded CPM of the Year, a prestigious award offered through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)Boomsma serves on the board for National Multifamily Housing Council, NMHC, Arizona Multifamily Association, AMA, and Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM. Boomsma has a bachelor\'s degree in Advertising/Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Madison. Boomsma is a CPM, the highest level of education through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Boomsma is a licensed real estate agent in Arizona. She lives in Scottsdale with her husband of 35 years and their 2 year old lab puppy, Sadie.
