I am a highly committed CIPD qualified senior HR Business Partner with a proven track record of success in leading HR teams. I have extensive experience in delivering the full range of strategic and operational HR functions for blue chip organisations in both the retail/pharmacy and FMCG sectors. I am customer and colleague focussed. A trusted advisor partnering senior leadership teams and key stakeholders, I drive the people agenda at national and local levels. I regularly engage with executive leaders, influencing decisions.
