Lead the end-to-end product development process from initial concept through to production, driving innovation in fabrics, trims, construction, and finishes with a focus on performance tailoring, sustainability, quality, and cost efficiency. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sales, production, and retail, to ensure collections are market-relevant, commercially viable, and delivered on time, while mentoring teams to uphold creative standards and execute line plans effectively.
