At Caterpillar i am leading sales and business development for BCP division in South Region of India. In this role, I partner with dealers and end customers to drive adoption of Caterpillar’s construction equipment solutions, deepen market penetration, and deliver measurable value across infrastructure and construction ecosystems.With Repos my role was to drive business development and sales for expanding the footprint of IoT-enabled Fuel Management equipment solutions. I have been instrumental in crafting and executing Go-to-Market strategies for onboarding clients from Infrastructure, Power-Generation, Transport & Industrial segments. I have led business expansion in states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telengana to have YoY volume growth of 120%. Previous experience at Ashok Leyland in sales and marketing was towards strengthening market penetration and branding efforts for it\'s Construction & Mining Trucks vertical, focusing on key account management and Dealer channel strategy.
