Unified support drives consumption of Microsoft AI, cloud services through direct engagement with customers across the world with its Value acceleration and Mission critical services.• Designed and launched investment and pricing changes that eliminated $1B of cross-subsidies, enhancing customer value and sales operation simplicity.• Developed pricing models, pricing & margin waterfall for foundational, proactive & reactive offers. Implemented targeted price realization strategies to improve margin by $750M over three years• Developed DealMax, an AI, data-driven tool,(first of its kind in the company) that provides deal and discount guidance to sellers. In its first year, the tool is on track to drive growth of proactive & enhanced reactive services based on customer needs, reduce sales cycle time by over 30 days, and improve margin by over $250M.• Issue area-level empowerment & offering-level guidance to sellers and Deal Desk to optimize margin.
