With PhD work in chemistry from the University of Groningen, I have 7 years of laboratory experience in fields of organic, colloid, and analytical chemistry.I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to contribute to the development of novel and effective solutions for global health challenges. I have a proven track record of synthesizing, purifying, and finally characterizing complex molecules and colloids using state-of-the-art techniques such as- Chromatography: GC, reverse-phase (RP) and preparative HPLC, and ion-pair chromatography - Mass Spectrometry: ESI-TOF/quad, MS-MS, and GC-MS- Spectroscopy: NMR, UV, CD, and Fluorescence - Microscopy: AFM, Negative staining and Cryo-TEM- Scattering and Diffraction techniques: DLS, SAXS, Powder XRD, and Single-Crystal XRD, and Zeta potential- Calorimetry: DSCI have also trained and supervised new group members, coordinated conference events, and participated in international research internships.
