With a B.Tech degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Poornima Institute Of Engineering & Technology, I have developed a strong foundation in IT and data analytics. I have also acquired multiple certifications in C workshop and smart energy and communication, demonstrating my passion for learning and innovation.As an Executive || DOS at Kantar, I support the delivery of strategic and operational solutions for clients across various sectors and geographies. I leverage my skills in IT operations, Power BI, and negotiation to enable data-driven decision making and optimize business performance. I have contributed to several projects, such as creating dashboards, reports, and insights for a large contract with a leading FMCG company, and facilitating the data migration and integration for a new CRM system. In addition, I work as an Information Technology Engineer at Freelancer, where I provide technical support and consultancy for various projects and clients, such as developing web applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.My core competencies include data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. I am adept at using various tools and platforms, such as Azure (Entra ID), System IT Admin, Technical support, Power automate, SLA, CompTIA A+, Google workspace, Office 365 administrator, Jira, Service desk,SQL, MS Excel, Python etc and I am also proficient in English and Hindi, and I can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.
