About Ankush Bhagat

Ankush Bhagat is System Vice President of Strategic Insights and Consumer Intelligence for AdventHealth. Throughout his career at AdventHealth, Ankush has served the organization in various IT, Analytics and Strategy leadership roles. In his current role, he leads the Corporate Strategy planning, Corporate Consumer Analytics and Intelligence, Corporate Patient Experience, Marketing Data Science, Voice of Consumer and Primary Research functions across the organization. Outside his primary duties, Ankush is responsible for building Consumer focused strategy for AdventHealth working with Chief Consmer Officer and other key Consumer leaders. Ankush is also responsible for building the Market Intelligence for the organization working with SVP of Strategy. He previously served as Corporate Executive Director of Business Analytics and Data Science for AdventHealth. In his previous roles, Ankush worked with Corporate Clinical teams to support evidence-based orders sets, worked with Corporate Revenue Cycle teams leading world class revenue cycle analytics initiatives and led Corporate Cost Accounting analytics initiatives, building profitability and productivity tools. Ankush is a certified Six Sigma black belt with over 15 years of healthcare experience in creating solutions that require machine learning models and strategic thinking. Ankush, recipient of various research scholarships, earned his master’s in systems engineering with specialization in health systems from State University of New York. Ankush also completed the data mining graduate program from Stanford University and is a certified Data Scientist.
