I am Ankush, completed my Healthcare Administration & Service Management degree in Canada. My journey in healthcare began with a B. Pharmacy degree from PCTE Group of Institutes in Ludhiana, where I developed a strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, medical compliance, and patient care. Professional Experience: In Canada, I work as a Pharmacy Assistant, supporting daily pharmacy operations by dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing customer service. My role also involves maintaining accurate patient records, assisting in medication reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. This position has enhanced my understanding of the Canadian healthcare system, pharmacy workflows, and patient communication. With a robust background in healthcare and quality analysis, I served as a quality analyst at Wipro Ltd, contributing to implementing and maintaining safety reporting systems and ensuring compliance with global regulations. My role involved rigorous quality control, documentation review, and continuous training on new products and safety protocols. As an Executive Medical Coder at Credence Resource Management in Pune, I honed my skills in extracting and clarifying patient information, ensuring stringent adherence to medical coding guidelines. I also worked as a Trainee Research Associate at Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon, where I coordinated clinical trials and ensured compliance with health regulations.
