As Head of Talent Services Capability Center (TSCC) at Randstad GCC, I am fortunate to lead a large, diverse and global team of talented individuals - a team that sits at the intersection of people, opportunity, and global business growth, while driving top line gains and bottom line efficiencies for the firm.The TSCC serves APAC, EMEA and US & C markets. Over the past months, I have driven strategic initiatives including strengthening our Digital Marketplace (DMP) contact center support model and onboarding new countries into the GCC ecosystem, expanding our global footprint. I also incorporated Quality frameworks into operational delivery for enhancing service consistency and speed-to-hire.
