   As the member of Macquarie’s CyberSecurity PAM & Protection team, I am provide service coverage for Privileged Access Management, supporting major business groups including CGM and MAM. I manage the regional PAM function end-to-end – from service reliability and KRIs to stakeholder engagement and automation-driven control uplift.Key responsibilities and impact:• Own AMER PAM service coverage, coordinating onboarding, emergency access workflows, and alert/incident triage for U.S. stakeholders.• Lead regional delivery for the Automated Password Rotation (APR) program, driving secure rotation for ~90k privileged accounts and partnering with custodians to close audit and risk items.• Partner with engineering and platform teams to integrate PAM controls into cloud and container environments, including CyberArk–HashiCorp patterns that enable automated secrets management.• Design and deliver automation and tooling such as zero-touch CrowdStrike sensor testing, CloudWatch logging utilities, and other modules that significantly reduce manual effort and improve reliability.• Drive monitoring and alerting uplift for PAM and related controls ensuring alerts are actionable and backed by clear runbooks and reporting.• Lead customer-facing enablement: custodian training on MyLearning, the PAM Communication Notification Framework (Teams/Power Automate) reaching thousands of users, and an AI LLM chatbot that reduces PAM support tickets.• Act as a trusted advisor to technology and business teams in AMER, shaping PAM roadmaps, coordinating remediation for regulatory/audit priorities, and representing regional needs into global CyberSecurity programs.
