Actively participate in troubleshooting of network related issues in SD-WAN solutions working with vManage, vSmart, vBond, vedge, cedge, ENCS (Enterprise Network Compute System), VMware ESXi• Troubleshoot the complex network problems and identify the root cause of the problem and work with DE(Development Engineer)/DT (Test Engineer) teams to timely resolve the issue. • Simulate the customer’s topology in the lab and reproduce the issue when necessary and log the defects if any.• Actively work and co-ordinate with engineering teams, sales, accounts team and customers.• Perform network and equipment upgrades to include IOS, image upgrades, and configuration changes.• Validate the basic sanity by upgrading various versions of the Cisco SDWAN and check the policy/template push. • Develop an understanding to debug the core files and tracebacks received on the IOS in C/C++.
