About Ankur Singhal
I am deeply passionate about dispute resolution and litigation. I am an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. I graduated with a B.A, LLB.(Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. After that, I worked as a judicial law clerk to Justice KM Joseph at the Supreme Court of India. As a law clerk, I have assisted the Hon\'ble Judge on various matters dealing with civil and commercial laws. I am currently an LL.M. candidate at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. I have also published on various themes, such as the extinguishment of liability under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, the applicability of group of companies doctrine under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, the doctrine of stare decisis and its exceptions, and the arbitrability of intellectual property disputes in reputed journals.
