As Chief Product and Technology Officer at Remitly, I lead the company’s product vision, technology and AI strategy to modernize cross-border financial services for millions of customers globally. Since joining in 2022, I’ve helped scale Remitly’s platform to support rapid growth in active users (4x), revenue (3x) and send volume (3x), while driving innovation across engineering, product development and global expansion. Prior to Remitly, I spent over a decade leading high-performance teams at Google and Microsoft, building large-scale commerce and cloud technologies that enabled enterprise-grade reliability and performance, as well as building consumer experiences and platforms customers loved at Xbox. I’m passionate about building inclusive, resilient technology organizations and products that create meaningful impact in people’s lives.I\'ve also been a founder, co-founding a start-up in India when startups weren\'t cool in India yet :) and learnt how to build a meaningful business early in my journey!
