Presently working as an Sr. Logistic Executive in VNR Seeds Pvt. Ltd, a leading Indian Company deals in Field Crop & Veg Seeds since May 2018 to till date. • Handling job responsibilities like manage order, need to bill after checking the aging. If customer having OD amount coordinate with Sale team and take collection plan from them and take GM approval for billing. • Generating reports & presentation sheets on daily, weekly & monthly basis as required by Corporate management. • Co-ordination & interaction with clients, field/sales personals as well as Corporate office, analyzing data & conversion into reports. • Supervise dispatching the promotional material and demos to sales team. Maintain stock and dispatch detail. Share the dispatch information through mail with LR/courier docket soft copies. • Taking liquidation information (at the grower, retailer and distributor end) from sales team weekly and deep analyzing the received data with previous year record and provide valuable information to the management for making important decision. • Company announce various schemes for the distributor and retailers, at the end of season working on schemes and issue the credit notes as well as retrieve the landing of product/brand. • Analyze warehouse stock & stock in transit for matching the monthly forecast. In addition, if there is any additional stock/ qty required by the sales team I play important role between sales team and logistic team.
