Lead & manage a global organization of approximately 20 Finance professionals spread across five offices and ensure we have a clear organizational strategy and roadmap to success. • Actively partner with Global Sales & Delivery organizations to develop, monitor, & communicate key performance indicators to drive toward successful achievement of $1B+ revenue plan. • Ensure we have active management of expenses for approximately 3500 global headcount spread across Sales, Implementation, Product, & Development teams. • Deliver all financial analysis & messaging for our Strategic Products Monthly Operating Reviews and Board Presentations. • Collaborate with Product Line Managers to develop all of our five year long range planning around product roadmaps & P & Ls and ensure that translates into a proper operating plan for the upcoming year.
