Below are the projects : 1. Real Time Datamart- Designed and Developed Realtime Dartamart for Hospital Periop Department. Designed and Developed a process for executing FHIR and custom web services and extracting the data from incoming JSON. ATLAS Genomics Project- Designed and developed a pipeline for file pickup from on-premise servers. Developed shell scripts to execute a number of shell scripts that perform QC on data picked up from the on-premise server. Tested pipeline integration to run the process seamlessly. Waveform Repository Project- Designed and developed deidentification logic for clinical data. Designed and developed a pipeline to extract clinical data and move to PostgreSQL server.
