Ankur has more than 24 years of work experience in IT, the last 12 years of which has been as an IT Architect. Currently engaged in building Job Role driven business/IT automation solutions on a microservices based architecture running on Kubernetes. This solution involves using Cognitive technologies e.g. Document Digitization, Sentiment Analysis, Natural Language Understanding, Text to Speech, Conversational AI etc. These solutions are offered as SaaS to multiple client accounts to be consumed as a tenant from IBM Cloud. Other technology components which are extensively used in this solutions are RPA solutions (UiPath etc.) and DevOps technologies (Ansible, Jenkins etc.)In the past Ankur has worked extensively on CRM Platforms (Chordiant, currently Pega Systems), Oracle PLM systems.He has also worked with bespoke systems built on Java Enterprise and Microsoft technologies.On Middleware platforms, he has extensive experience in working with Websphere MQ. He was involved in migrating one of the most complex MQ based Applications for a Shipping major to a Private Cloud.Ankur also has experience in participating in the pre-sales cycle of application development projects for IBM.
