Responsible for full cycle implementation of Kronos v8.0 and created and modified configuration setup including but not limited to access profile, pay rules, work rules, FAP, GDAP and scheduler. Worked with WFM and WFD solution concepts such as Benefits, Time & Attendance, Entitlements, accruals and employee scheduling. Involved in implementation of Kronos Workforce Central time management software on multiple platforms including SQL. Responsible for system administration functions for (Kronos) timekeeping,(ADP) payroll system and (HR) People Soft.Designed and implemented Kronos 8.0 benefits, leave programs and ACA tracking. Assisted in creating functional and design documents for migration to WFC V8.1. Manages support for Analytics, Attendance, Advance Scheduling, Time Clocks, day to day operations and pay issues. • Worked on accruals setup from Holiday setup to Accrual Plans in a Multi org Environment and Upgrading Custom reports and WIM interfaces to Kronos 8.0. Gathering payroll, timekeeping, Time and attendance requirements for multiple production locations, extracted data from a variety of sources (payroll, HRIS, timekeeping and attendance, and provided data conversion as needed and Involved in the production support activities for Kronos application in Time and attendance, Absence management and Accruals modules. Involved on various Kronos modules like workforce timekeeper, accruals, activities, advanced scheduler, forecasting, attendance and Kronos workforce central upgrade. Worked on data integration between Kronos, SAP, ADP and Oracle HCM Application. Worked UKG upgradation project, Kronos 8.0 to Kronos 8.16 cloud solution created business case/project plan, created documentation for existing processes/reports/interfaces.
