   Helping the Documentation team deliver better User Experience throughout its sites by identifying opportunities and creating design solutions for them. • Collaborated with the HR team to hire another teammate. Responsibilities included suggesting profiles for the role, providing feedback on profiles shared by the HR team, preparing interview questions and assignment for the interviewee, conducting the interview, giving feedback and finalising profile with the team. • Lead the design team for Chargebee documentation. Planned, assigned and provided guidance & feedback on design projects. Made sure there is clear communication between designers, developers, writers and product managers. • Identified gaps in the current design to development process, research was a missing part, helped my team understand the need for it, did the presentation and got everyone onboard, worked with them to define a process and implemented a tool (FullStory) to actively gather data and understand user journeys throughout the documentation sites. • Led the Branding activity for all the documentation sites. Worked with different teams for planning timelines, preparing assets, testing sites after branding changes. • Worked on visual design assets like infographics, launch banners etc. required by the documentation team. • Initiated Design podcast sessions for designers in the team, where we listened to podcasts from different areas of design to get more perspectives and learn from others.
