Launched a digital vendor onboarding journey, eliminating the need for offline processes, and enabled the identification of 345+ vendors based on serviceability (State, City, Pin-code). This enhanced the Inquiry Management System (IMS) by allowing SKU tagging by vendor and location.•Developed an Excel-based dynamic product upload feature to onboard 40k+ SKUs per product type in one go, with robust validations for product type-attribute combinations and SKU-level error reporting.•Boosted catalogue coverage from 47% to 76% within 5 months by adding 1.7 million SKUs.•Accelerated product page creation time from 1.5 weeks to 1 day through the ‘self-product configuration’ feature for Software and Services Sellers.•Led a cross-functional team of 9 members, including 6 developers, 1 UI designer, and 3 QA engineers, to deliver key modules such as Seller, Product & License Framework, Catalogue, and Pricing.
