Retrieving the rolling forecast from the respective Markets on monthly basis for minimum 6 months preferably for 12 months. Align internal stakeholders for timely availability of stocks including Purchase, Production and Logistics. Creating the demand for the Market with help of ERP and supply Planning file and advice the market demand to Production planner as per SOP for S & OP. Following for getting the PO’s from the market and ensuring the supplies within the agreed lead time4. To validate the forecast and demand planning in the monthly S & OP meeting with each market. Leading S & OP with all customers. Face for the customer in organisation and Single window interface for all customers related queries and responses, like credit limits, payments, damages, rejection etc. Define agree and sign off the Service Level demand supply agreement with each of the Market. Coordinate, Follow and ensure for timely launch of new products in respective Market as per the plan. Ensuring highest customer satisfaction in terms of timely availability of stocks and speed of response to all queries. Tracking of all shipments from PO to Stock Delivery. Keep track of inventory level at Market and sales trends. MIS and dashboard circulation as per agreed timeline. Also provide agreed monthly, weekly and daily KPI reports. Root cause analysis is done for all the misses and 5 why\'s report should be created and submitted to supervisor on monthly basis. Creating 5 why analysis for any misses.
