My role as an Agile Delivery Lead role for Experian is responsible for Agile Development and coaching, delivery management, and cross-team coordination.Primary responsibility includes :>Agile Delivery & Execution Oversight • Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). • Ensure delivery milestones and product increments are met on time and within scope. • Remove impediments to team progress and facilitate flow of work.>Stakeholder Management • Act as a bridge between business, product owners, engineering, and QA. • Align delivery with business outcomes by facilitating clear communication and expectation-setting. • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations with transparency.>Agile Coaching & Maturity • Guide teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. • Support team self-organization and cross-functionality. • Drive Agile maturity and lead retrospectives to evolve team dynamics and processes.>Metrics, Reporting, and Transparency • Track and communicate key metrics: velocity, burndown, lead time, throughput. • Use tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc, to provide delivery transparency. • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement across teams or departments.>Cross-Team Coordination (Scaling Agile) • Coordinate delivery across multiple teams or programs (often using SAFe, LeSS, or custom scaling approaches). • Participate in PI planning or strategic backlog grooming with Product Management. • Manage interdependencies and align cross-functional priorities.>Governance and Compliance • Ensure adherence to Experian’s internal standards, regulatory requirements, and security practices. • Facilitate internal audits and governance reporting as needed.>Tools & Frameworks I use: • Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe • Jira / Confluence / ADO • Lean principles, OKRs, Agile KPIs
