About Ankur Saxena
I’m a Software Developer specializing in platform security for Oracle Analytics Cloud, working at the intersection of microservices, Kubernetes‑based architectures, and secure API design. I focus on building security into the platform itself so that analytics workloads can run safely at scale. My experience spans cryptography, FIPS 140‑3–aligned key management, and the design and development of an in‑house secure, database‑backed credential store for microservices, enabling centralized, audited, and encrypted secrets management. I also lead Third‑Party Library (3PL) governance, maintaining a secure registry that helps identify vulnerabilities, mitigate CVEs, and streamline legal and compliance approvals. On the engineering side, I’ve built Secure Db based Credential Store for Clustered Architecture, AuthN/AuthZ frameworks, thread‑safe messaging and multi‑node systems, and CI/CD‑driven, containerized deployments on Kubernetes. I’m hands‑on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Python, and I develop RESTful and SOAP web services that deliver scalable, secure APIs.I bring additional background in enterprise network management solutions and semiconductor silicon deposition and inspection tools, including image‑processing–driven software for advanced fabrication environments. I have strong working knowledge of design patterns and Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) patterns, and I enjoy applying them to create robust, maintainable security architectures.
