I have diploma in electronics engineering with relevant hands on experience in maintenance department.I have knowledge of all type of sensors, pneumatic valves, & troubleshooting of plc (omron,Siemens S1500 & Delta etc.). I have experience in all types of conveyors like Traditional (belt pvc modular & pvk belt ZTR) & Conventional conveyors like tote conveyor auto spiral VDS cbs also.I have also experience in utility area distribution system Fire system, lighting system & DG.knowledge in documention spare management daily check sheet upadte PPM plan, MTTR MTBF & RCA. Best perfomance award of month during peak load. PLC troubleshooting in all type equipment is my experties. I have done many projects to reduce operation time and cost during site going. Made a conveyor bridge between two line to transfer other zone material easily. i have made many plan to reduce spare cost. Why Why analysis,Kaizen and Timer,motion sensors etc.
