Identify and on boarding new partners, conducting partner governance meetings, Contributing in increasings margins in project by bringing best optimize cost is another major role of mine. Ensuring timely delivery from partner with all compliance as well as ensuring that my partner getting paid on time as per the PO payment term. So majority of contribution from me is to manage partners, Increasing margins and supporting organization.
